The Crystal Prescription
About the Brand
Industry: Jewelry / Spiritual Wellness
Location: Long Island, NY (online)
Overview: The Crystal Prescription creates handmade crystal jewelry intentionally designed to support manifestations—money, protection, grounding, love, and clarity. Each bracelet comes with a care-and-meaning guide so wearers understand the ritual, not just the stone.
Founder: Sophia Del Gigante (yes, this one’s my heart project 💛)
The Challenge
The market is crowded with “pretty crystal bracelets” and vague promises. The Crystal Prescription needed a brand that felt apothecary-meets-intention—credible, grounded, and easy to shop—without losing the warmth and magic behind each piece. We also needed a system to scale products (collections + customs), keep meaning central, and convert browsers into buyers.
Goals
- Clarity: Explain the transformation behind each bracelet in seconds.
- Differentiation: Stand apart from generic “boho crystal” brands with an apothecary feel and education-first content.
- Conversion: Streamline product pages, packaging, and content so intent → add-to-cart feels natural.
- Retention: Create rituals and guides that make wearers come back for custom stacks and gifts.
RISE Method™ in Action
Root — Strategy
- Positioning: “Apothecary-style crystal jewelry for intentional living.”
- Promise: “Choose your intention. Wear the ritual. Watch it compound.”
- Audience: Spiritually curious women and gift-givers who want pieces with meaning, not just aesthetics.
- Category POV: Information and embodiment over superstition—our pieces come with clear guidance, not vague vibes.
- Offer Architecture:
- Core: Intention bracelets (e.g., Money Manifesting at $25), Protection, Grounding, Clarity, Love
- Customs: Bespoke stacks with a printed meaning card
- Seasonal: Moon cycles / Sabbats / limited blends
- Ignite — Messaging
- Tagline: “Wear your intention.”
- Voice: Grounded, warm, invitational (rituals explained in plain English).
- Product Story Formula: Intention → Crystal blend → How to use → Care → Energetic disclaimer (ethical, non-medical).
- Content Pillars: Crystal education, mini-rituals, customer stories, behind-the-scenes making.
- SEO/Naming: Intention-first product names (e.g., “Money Manifesting Bracelet – Citrine + Pyrite”). Etsy titles and tags reflect intention + materials.
Shine — Identity & System
-
Visual Direction: Apothecary cues (kraft, cream, botanicals), minimal line art, warm neutral base #F5EDE2 with gold #C6A664 accents; inky typography for legibility.
-
Logo Suite: Primary wordmark + mortar-and-pestle/medicine-bottle icon.
-
Packaging: Kraft mala box with logo; printed meaning/ritual card; optional muslin pouch; wax-seal or gold foil sticker.
-
Photography: Soft daylight, linen surfaces, dried herbs, hands-in-ritual shots; ratio templates for Etsy/IG.
-
Templates: Canva product sheets, IG carousels (“What this crystal supports”), Stories Q&A, Review graphics.
Embody — Launch & CX
-
Etsy Setup: Intention-first titles, skimmable bullets, sizing/fit chart, care instructions, FAQ (“Is this medical?” → ethical answer).
-
Listing Flow: Hero image → close-up → on-wrist → ingredients (stones) → meaning card → packaging (giftable).
-
Insert + Ritual: Every order includes a 2–3 step ritual (cleanse, intention sentence, repeat).
-
Email: Welcome flow with the Brand Ritual tie-in (“How to charge your bracelet”); review & UGC ask at day 10.
-
Social: Reels: stringing process, intention peeks, “How to pick your bracelet,” customer hands-on shots.
-
Policies: Clear sizing, turnarounds, and care to reduce pre-purchase friction.

Testimonial
“I wanted jewelry that felt like a practice, not just an accessory. Bringing an apothecary lens to crystals made the education—and the experience—so much clearer. Customers now buy the intention, not just the stone.”
